The Woman Behind the Work
Built from experience, not theory
Structure has always been part of my story.
I am Nichole Raye Glenn, founder of Lyfestyle By Design, an AI generalist, and a business systems architect.
My leadership foundation was forged through service in the United States Air Force, then strengthened across Lockheed Martin, Delta Air Lines, residential project leadership, financial education, and entrepreneurship. I have spent my career making complex operations clearer, stronger, and easier to move through.
Today, I bring that operational discipline into AI implementation, founder support, brand strategy, and practical systems design. The technology matters, but the human being using it matters more.
